We collect account details such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, preferences, and subscription status. We also store golf information you choose to provide, including clubs, shots, practice sessions, imported launch-monitor files, and feedback.

We collect device, app-version, diagnostics, crash, and product-usage information needed to operate and improve the service. Payment providers may provide purchase and subscription status; Dialed Golf does not receive your full payment-card number.

• Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• Provide launch-monitor pairing and imports, local practice capture, analytics, locker management, and subscriptions.
• Keep supported account information available across the website, macOS and Windows apps, and TestFlight companion.
• Measure reliability, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
• Respond to support requests and send essential service communications.

We use service providers to operate Dialed Golf, including WorkOS for authentication, Convex for application data, Stripe for supported billing, PostHog for product analytics, Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics, hosting providers, and other vendors used by the features you request. Dialed Golf Academy is a separate B2B memberships product with its own club and facility workflows.

We share only the information reasonably needed for those providers to perform services for us. We do not sell personal information or use your private golf data for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain account and golf information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, security, tax, or legal purposes. You may manage a Dialed Golf subscription from the account billing page or contact us for help locating the relevant purchase record.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing hello@dialedgolf.com. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Dialed Golf is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this policy as the product or law changes. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, when appropriate, communicated in the product.
